Our Vision
Our vision is an Australia where professional truck drivers are recognised as the true Knights of the Road – skilled, safe and efficient operators who keep the country moving, stop to help when others are in trouble, and proudly pass on their knowledge to the next generation.
We see a national community of drivers who look out for one another, who lead by example in safety and professionalism, and who are respected by the public for the essential role they play in our lives and our economy.
Code of the Road
Every Knight commits to the Code of the Road – a clear standard for safe, professional and respectful driving. It guides how our drivers work, how they support others on the road, and how they represent the Australian trucking industry with pride.
What’s Next
We’re at the beginning of the Knights of the Road journey. Over time, we’ll be sharing stories, recognising more drivers and building a community that reflects the very best of the Australian trucking industry.
Right now, we’re trying to track down our first Knight Commanders – drivers who’ve already been honoured as state or national Driver of the Year or Highway Hero recipients.
